Man...making a mess of that last post... leaving letters out of words!

'boat' for 'boat' and 'hard' should be 'had'

Sorry...guess all this not sleeping is making my brain play tricks on me!

It was a guest on the ABC News Talk Network tonight on XM Radio. The guest said a German doctor who had lived in Tyre until recently said that it was common knowledge that Hezbollah would locate a daycare or school above a command bunker, stating that even if they were hit, they win based on the PR value afterward. There was also a comment that the doctor opined that the bodies shown were clearly dead for longer than a few others, and lacked blood from collapse of the buildings

Check this video out with Helmet Guy....they bring a body out, and stop for the cameras...

ug. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Iran's leaders, threatening to disrupt oil supplies in any confrontation with the U.S. and Europe over a suspected quest for a nuclear bomb, may be pointing a lethal weapon at themselves.

Cutting off the flow of crude would deprive Iran of about $5 billion a month -- by far the main contributor to the country's budget -- at a time when President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is on a spending spree to deliver on promises that brought him to power last year.

``In case of sanctions, whether self-imposed or imposed by the United Nations, the president's prosperity program will collapse,'' said Saeed Laylaz, a political analyst and a former economist at the Ministry of Industry and Mines in Tehran. ``Our people are not ready to endure strong sanctions.''

Iran supplies China with 4 percent of its oil; France, 7 percent; Korea, 9 percent; Japan, 10 percent; Italy, 11 percent; Belgium, 14 percent; Turkey, 22 percent; and Greece, 24 percent, according to May data from the Eurasia Group, a New York-based political-risks consulting firm.

Iran buys more than a third of its gasoline from other nations because it has failed to ease subsidies, cut waste and boost refining capacity. ``Iran is rushing to try and limit its dependence on gasoline imports because it knows it makes it vulnerable,'' Matthee said in an interview.

1 I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart;
I will tell of all your wonders.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in you;
I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

3 My enemies turn back;
they stumble and perish before you.

4 For you have upheld my right and my cause;
you have sat on your throne, judging righteously.

5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.

6 Endless ruin has overtaken the enemy,
you have uprooted their cities;
even the memory of them has perished.

7 The LORD reigns forever;
he has established his throne for judgment.

8 He will judge the world in righteousness;
he will govern the peoples with justice.

9 The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.

10 Those who know your name will trust in you,
for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.

11 Sing praises to the LORD, enthroned in Zion;
proclaim among the nations what he has done.

12 For he who avenges blood remembers;
he does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.

13 O LORD, see how my enemies persecute me!
Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,

14 that I may declare your praises
in the gates of the Daughter of Zion
and there rejoice in your salvation.

15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.

16 The LORD is known by his justice;
the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.

17 The wicked return to the grave,
all the nations that forget God.

18 But the needy will not always be forgotten,
nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish.

19 Arise, O LORD, let not man triumph;
let the nations be judged in your presence.

20 Strike them with terror, O LORD;
let the nations know they are but men.

Psalm 9

Fox News is breaking in with an alert that Katyusha's are laning in Israel now, at least 20 in the last hour.

It looks to me that they are now targeting forested areas, because the rockets are landing on a hillside with dense trees, and then Israeli prop planes are cirling the strikes and dropping fire-retardant chemicals to prevent the ignition of the trees.

The image of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice pregnant with a monkey inside her will be among the topics discussed on the Fox News Channel's "DaySide" program today.

Aaron Klein, the Jerusalem bureau chief for WorldNetDaily who broke the story, will join Fox co-hosts Juliet Huddy and Mike Jerrick during the show, which is broadcast at 1 p.m. Eastern Time.

WND reported media outlets controlled by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party recently have been using racist rhetoric in their reports, referring to the American representative as the "black woman," "raven," "colored dark skinned black lady" and "black spinster."

According to a translation by Palestinian Media Watch, the PA daily Al Hayat Al Jadida detailed Wednesday's Ramallah protests in which Rice was described as a "raven" who "brings only destruction."

Al Hayat Al Jadida featured pictures of ralliers brandishing anti-Rice placards, some reading, "Murderer Rice go to Hell" and "Get out." One placard had Rice drinking the blood of dead babies and stating, "I need more blood."

A cartoon last week in the PA controlled Al Quds depicted Rice pregnant with a monkey. A caption read, "Rice speaks about birth of new Middle East."

In a previous article by Al Hayat Al Jadida, Rice is described three times as the "black woman," and her father, who was an ordained Presbyterian minister, was called the "black clergyman [who filled Rice's head with Bible stories]." The article warned, "Beware of this 'black spinster,' we don't want to say 'the black widow' out of respect for her femininity and her intelligence."

After WND initially published the story Monday morning, it received prominent attention that night on "The O'Reilly Factor."

Tiberias. They're still getting the longer shots off.

Because they're down to sewer pipe launchers now, which can be mounted on bamboo frames, I think what they're doing is lighting the fuse, then picking up launcher and all and running south with it till after the launch, to get a few extra klicks downrange.

Sort of like the sling David used on Goliath, only stupider.

I've been watching closely for coastal bombardment. So far, all quiet, except for some inland stuff down near the border well south of Tyre.
