It could be someone is posting to the jihad forums using his name.

Or perhaps we have given him a lawyer at the expense of the taxpayer, ala Lynn Stewart. That's an annoying thought, but not impossible.

I was just reading the Imam Samudra article and thinking the same thing. Think of all the things smuggled into prisons on a regular basis. Someone with his contacts and connections could probably get something smuggled in or message smuggled out.

Also, I haven't read anywhere that it was officially confirmed that he was in a U.S. controlled prison. He could still be in a Pakistani prison.
