Based on the actions and statements of some politicos and some leaders of religious organizations, I would say that they have a case. I would say that 95% of the American people believe the bullshit the cair and the msm spouts.

It's not being "from Lebanon" that is the problem. The problem is being Muslim.

Christian Arabs are very unlikely to be any kind of a problem and very likely to be patriotic Americans. They have probably tasted the Muslim bigotry, brutality and intolerance first hand and they know these people!
