FYI, Carmona has the SF tab, Combat Medical Badge, Purple Heart and Bronze Star, I believe with a V device. He was a SF medic in Vietnam.

Four ribbons/medals. What about the other five rows?
Off the top of my head - and I admit to swagging some answers - Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Army NG, Air NG. I do not like to include the USCG because - unless war is declared by Congress - the USCG is now part of Homeland Security and not DoD.
