I have to agree with you. What ever happens is going to happen soon, if not today.

This war is reaching its tipping point. Hez is running out of territory from which to launch missiles. Israel is running out of time before they can't flack off the international community any more. Neither Israel or the Hez are going to give up so its a matter of who's allies blink first. If Bush gives in to the Libs in the press and the UN than we loose. If Iran and Syria don't intervene then Hez goes down in flames. One way or another we are going to know in the next couple of days.

I'm guessing Syria doesn't want to get into it. First of all, they have a ready made enemy next door in Iraq, just waiting to avenge the deaths of American Servicemen. It's not a stretch to believe they have been warned by W.

I also don't think IAF's bombing in Syria would be politically correct. I suspect the Israelis also know much more about who is located where in Syria, including Assad. They fly jets over him every so often as a reminder.
