Yes, Bibi has (or had) dual citizenship, U.S. and Israel. Unless, he gave up his American citizenship, the U.S. would consider him an American citizen (USA does not recognize dual citizenship).

1) this is not a smash and grab, b/c they usually don't last 3.5 hours
