The President and first lady spent the weekend in Washington attending church and a tee ball on Sunday. The President then travelled to Miami later on Sunday to attend events today in that area.
Today the President attended a Breakfast with business leaders and then gave a speech at the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command in Miami , and later met with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at the White House

It's okay. I just took my Vicodin so that helped. And we finally got everything set up so I could take a shower without getting my leg wet. It was a little awkward but it's nice to be clean.

The AP caption on Kathrine Harris of course mentioned that the GOP had withdrawn support from her I deliberated missed that out as I think there has been enough snipping without another negative comment.
That was a near photo of the day but I settled on the one with other people as GW is at his best when interacting with people.

Its a lot better now that it is not so hot though they say it may heat up again at the weekend.
we had over 100 F again today....suppose to storm tonight, but am worried it'll only be dry storms. lots of wild fires going on here
Yeah it's been really hot here. I'm doing much better now that I actually have air conditioning. Staying on a cot in the health center at camp with a fan blowing in my face wasn't all that comfortable.
Apparently there is rain forecast here I think I heard a little bit earlier.
Hope you do not get an electric storm and get some actual rain.

Well, I fell on the Friday a week and a half ago. I was in the health center from then until my surgery last Thursday. And then I went back Friday until I came home yesterday. So...yeah, it was a while. But the camp nurses were really really nice and tried to help as much as they could.

Hi snugs, thanks for pinging me to the photos of Laura and the Scotties. It's always a treat to see them. LOL! Beezie looks almost like a pointer the way she's standing, while Barney dashes along to catch up. Barney is such a handsome lad, and Beezie is looking fine in her nicely clipped adult coat. Of course, the First Lady always looks wonderful. :)

I think this present situation is going to turn out all right over there in the Middle East, Mike. Sometimes the pot has to be heated to drive the scum to the surface. However, you are absolutely right, we need to pray for Israel and the whole situation.
