That is crap. He believed that it is up to each person to decide if their life is at an end or not. He fought for the right of each of us to decide to die with dignity or to be a circus freak like the one the Right made of poor Teri.
When the time comes, I don't want you, your ilk, the Nanny State, or anyone else deciding for me if and how I meet my maker.
