U.N. PWNED
The pics were all posted on a thread last night.
Israel's Channel Two television quoted military sources as saying the blast in the Golan, which Israel captured from Syria in the 1967 Middle East war, was believed to be an act of solidarity with Lebanese Hizbollah guerrillas.
Interesting, the Israeli military believes it was a direct act by the Syrians, the plot does indeed thicken.
This is what I got off of Google:
Chemistry of Muscle Fibers
A few hours after a person or animal dies, the joints of the body stiffen and become locked in place. This stiffening is called rigor mortis. Depending on temperature and other conditions, rigor mortis lasts approximately 72 hours. The phenomenon is caused by the skeletal muscles partially contracting. The muscles are unable to relax, so the joints become fixed in place.
Weren't a lot of those bodies already in rigor?
He bears a striking resemblance to Baghdad Bob.
???
It almost sounded as if he wasn't sure of what Israel is going to do -- as if he's not in the inner circle, which I guess he isn't. I found that troubling.
In trauma, rigor can start very quickly. Were you trying to say they went into rigor too soon?
I'm not a member of Stratfor - it came up on a google search.
I have only begun paying close attention to what Bibi says in this latest conflict (when it's obvious what Israel does is vital to the survival of the world, really).
It's clear that he is quite skilled at getting across what he feels it's vital to get across without undermining the leadership of the country in a time of war, and that he passionately loves his country.
Both of those qualities mean that he's totally different from the Democrats in this country.
Stratfor usually has some pretty good sources, couple this with the reports about explosions in the Golan Israel attributes to Syrian forces and this all = the poopoo hitting the fan
I noticed how Bibi answered the question re Iran. It was good to hear Rush *ask* the question...
Do you think Bibi would announce on Rush what Israel is going to do? He knows exactly what will happen.
This is why we admire him.

I read it every morning at Captain's Qtrs blog:

maybe the Syrian idea is to alter Israeli planning and divert forces away from Hezebolah, but not start a shooting war.
Interesting statement and very true. For different reasons. :)
Right now - Palkot on Fox making it clear there were no fighting age men around (especially in building collapse tragedy) - they are fighting for the Hezzies. This is a very important point that they are making
Been working and just got in...what happened in the Golan with Syria?
Not really. I just thought it showed they had been dead longer that it took to be 'recovered'. Thought that maybe it took time for them to be arranged for the photos. In some of the video, it looked like they were recovering bodies in a room that had virtually no rumble on floor and it seemed as though they would have had oxygen. Confuses me. (Although not difficult to do}

The High Court of Justice ruled Monday that members of the fringe Temple Mount Faithful can enter the Temple Mount on Thursday during a Jewish fast day, but barred the group's leader from even approaching the Jerusalem holy site, police and the group said.
The decision was handed down following a petition
filed by the ultra-nationalist group leader Gershon Solomon against police who wanted to ban their entry altogether on a Tisha Be'Av.
In years past, the super-sensitive site has been
repeatedly closed down to non-Muslim visitors on
Tisha Be'av, including, most recently, just last
year, due to concern over the outbreak of violence
there on what was the eve of Israel's pullout from
Gaza.

Interesting timing, and I expect fireworks over this one....
