U.N. PWNED
I'm chewing two pieces of 4 mg nicorette at a time right now when it does get crazy, and I'm already on Welbutrin, which often supplies people's dopamine needs anyway....
If I was smoking, I might be able to push it up to 5 pks a day right now.
Gum is cheaper. And I can chew in no-smoking areas!
Shomron: We Must Change the Rules of Play
17:48 Jul 31, '06 / 6 Av 5766
(IsraelNN.com) Speaking to Channel 1 TV on Monday afternoon, former IDF Chief of Staff Dan Shomron stated, we did not choose to go to war but we must realize that now, we must change the rules of play.
Shomron stated that Hizbullah must be neutralized and the threat facing Israel must be eliminated. He stated that a ceasefire cannot be entertained prior to reaching the objectives set by the military.
Shomron stated that mistakes do occur in war and as unfortunate as they may be, they are part of reality.
We must achieve our goals in order to change the reality, stating that even if there is not widespread support for such a move, including the United States, the objectives must be achieved.

Rush going off on Hiz and the kids that died.
It is believed that Hizbullah members received an order to fire between 100 and 120 'normal' rockets a day. On Monday for example, 157 such rockets were fired, a fifth of them fired north of the Litani River, a fact which testifies to the difficulties of the rocket launchers targeting Israel.
This was posted in an article today at Ynet, Is that a typo about 157 rockets being laucnched on Monday. I thought it has been relatively quiet on that front today. Perhaps they meant to say Sunday?

There is a live thread now on FR about Netanyahu; I'll try to put down some of the things he says on this thread though.
The other thread is here:

It really gets perceived I think as a clan thing by a lot of people...you hurt my cousin, I hurt you...without thinking about why it happened.
0: To the choirmaster: according to Shushan Eduth. A Miktam of David; for instruction; when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and when Joab on his return killed twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt.
1: O God, thou hast rejected us, broken our defenses; thou hast been angry; oh, restore us.
2: Thou hast made the land to quake, thou hast rent it open; repair its breaches, for it totters.
3: Thou hast made thy people suffer hard things; thou hast given us wine to drink that made us reel.
4: Thou hast set up a banner for those who fear thee, to rally to it from the bow. [Selah]
5: That thy beloved may be delivered, give victory by thy right hand and answer us!
6: God has spoken in his sanctuary: "With exultation I will divide up Shechem and portion out the Vale of Succoth.
7: Gilead is mine; Manas'seh is mine; E'phraim is my helmet; Judah is my scepter.
8: Moab is my washbasin; upon Edom I cast my shoe; over Philistia I shout in triumph."
9: Who will bring me to the fortified city? Who will lead me to Edom?
10: Hast thou not rejected us, O God? Thou dost not go forth, O God, with our armies.
11: O grant us help against the foe, for vain is the help of man!
12: With God we shall do valiantly; it is he who will tread down our foes.
Scary thought.
The locals here all think Iran is just flapping its gums. They szy that's all Iran ever does. (Iraqis don't like Iran very much...LOL)
check this out more news on the Man in the Green helmet...very interesting to say the least.....
from eureferendumblogspot.
Who is this man?

I saw one report, Fox maybe, that showed a bunch of old folks getting out of town. I don't know if they had to pay for transportation before, but it was emphasized that they were poor and had practically nothing. No young people.
If what's his name is trying to foment a situation where the Mahdi will come back to set things right, he should get at least a b+ on the fomenting part of things....
