UN council agrees on statement deploring Qana raid

UN Security Council members reached agreement on Sunday on a statement expressing the 15-nation body's "extreme shock and distress" at the deadly Israeli shelling of the Lebanese village of Qana.

The statement, to be brought to a vote soon, "strongly deplores this loss of innocent lives" in Qana but does not call for an immediate truce, as requested by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan but opposed by the United States. (Reuters)

Yet they couldn't find the words to condemn Hezbollah for launching an open war upon Israel. Night is day and wrong is right. Its like the Twilight Zone over there at the UN. No one is stirred to "extreme shock and distress" when Jews are murdered by Islamofascists.

(Go Israel, Go! Slap 'Em Down Hezbullies.)
