I think, but not 100% certain, that ranch was one of the ones delayed by legal action.

At a minimum, he's trying. I don't see the Feds or anyone else down there trying to do anything.

Did he only pick ONE ranch?

Was he required by law to start at THAT ranch?

And if not, why not pick somebody who would let him put up the kind of fence he said he was going to put up -- and furnished pictures of?

He built one itty bitty fence, which is a cattle fence and hasn't kept out a single ILLEGAL.

He's promised to build an "Israeli type fence", but hasn't done so.

He stopped building, at the site the wee cattle fence was built, because he said it was TOO HOT to do more, but now you're saying that, he'll build the Israeli type fence someplace else.

But Simcox has hired a lawyer, A LAWYER?, to build the Israeli fence?

Weren't volunteers supposed to build the fences?
