17:03 IDF pulls out of Bint Jbail, Armored Corps still operating in surrounding area (Haaretz)

This could mean:

1. They've cleaned it out and are moving on.

2. They can't control it and Hezbollah is still in charge.

Do we know which?

They found all the missile launchers they can find there and have move on; Bint Jbeil will remain in the control of Hezebola.
