Suspects name is Naveed Haq from Pasco, Washington, 31 years old. He has at least one prior for lewd and lacivious conduct. They just showed is high school yearbook photo, so I guess we can assume he's been in the country for at least 13 years or so.
A law-enforcement source identified the arrested suspect as Naveed Afzal Haq, 30, who until recently had lived in Everett, and said Haq apparently has a history of mental illness. Court records show Haq has a charge of lewd conduct pending against him in Benton County.
"He said he hates Israel," said the source, who is part of the Seattle Joint Terrorism Task Force, which was called in to help investigate the shootings.
A Muslim-American man angry with Israel barged into the offices of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle Friday afternoon and opened fire with a handgun, killing one woman and wounding five others before surrendering to police.

SEATTLE – One person has been killed and at least five others have been injured in a shooting at the Jewish Federation at 2031 Third Ave. in downtown Seattle. One suspect has been taken into custody.
Police have taken one person into custody. Seattle police spokesman Rich Pruitt said police are confident that only one shooter was involved.
Sources told KING 5 the suspect is a Pakistani man with a criminal background. He is from the Tri-Cities but his citizenship is unknown. Officials are on the way to the Tri-Cities to interview his family.
According to the Seattle Times, a man got through security at the Jewish Federation and told staff members, "I'm a Muslim American; I'm angry at Israel," then began shooting, according to Amy Wasser-Simpson, the vice president for planning and community services for the Jewish Federation.
A joint terrorism task force has moved in. SWAT teams and a bomb disposal unit are at the scene. The building is still being searched and a suspect vehicle is believed to be in a nearby garage at 1930 Third Ave. Police cordoned off part of the garage but have not allowed owners to retrieve their cars until they determine there are no explosives.
Police have secured all the roofs around the building while the suspect is being questioned, to make sure no one else is involved.

He said he didn't know if all the people who were wounded were inside the building.

Police don’t know how the suspect got into the building, which is said to be one of the tightest security buildings in Seattle.
The incident began around 4 p.m.
Part of Third Avenue and Second Avenue near Lenora and Stewart have been closed to traffic. Police are urging people to stay away from the area.
At least three people were seen emerging from the two-story building, escorted by police. It's not known if they were hostages. One witness said the shooter shot a woman as she was walking into the building. Another witness said she saw a woman sitting down, bleeding, outside the building.
Several witnesses said they saw a man walk up to the entrance of the building and shoot a woman in the leg. The man then walked into the building and made it up to the roof.
Witnesses said they heard one shot while the man was on the roof. The man then went back inside and witnesses said they heard several more shots.
One wounded victim was initially unable to get to an ambulance because the situation was apparently too dangerous.
It's not yet known if the incident is politically motivated. The Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle says on its Web site that its mission is to "ensure Jewish survival and enhance the quality of Jewish life locally, in Israel and worldwide."
This past Sunday at Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island, thousands of people rallied in support of Israel's right to defend itself. More than 40 community organizations stepped forward to sponsor and support the event.

This terrorist incident happened on Friday afternoon, shortly after muslims have their Sunday services.
What mosque does the suspect belong to, and was he in attendance yesterday afternoon?
What did the imam say when he was pulled in for questioning in regards to this matter? Is there room at Gitmo to hold these men and others at the mosque who plotted to commit this act or failed to report the conspiracy ?
Yeah right, Christian or Jewish Suicide Bombers. Somone going to blow up a Mosque. I don't think so. Nor do I expect a march of civil rights leaders. Probably even the libs at Anti Defamation League won't even march.
They took down about 5 square blocks of Belltown almost immediately and handled the rush hour traffic at the borders of the shutdown zone so well it was almost impossible to tell anything was going on.....aside from emergency vehicles screaming into the area from every corner of the city.
Other than hearing the sirens, I didn't realize anything was happening until I tried to walk to a bar downtown to meet some friends for my birthday. The path I take to that bar is directly through the zone.....I ended up having to walk some distance around the cordoned off part of Belltown.

No doubt the media will focus on the fact that this nut used a gun and go on their predictable tirade about the guns being the problem. All the while, they will conveniently ignore the fact that this guy was a professed hater of Jews and on medication to boot.
And with this story we see again in clear terms what moderat Islam is REALLY like. If this wasn't terrorism, what was it? This is beyond a hate crime. It is terrorism, and yet again, it was a Muslim that did it. Peaceful religion me a**. Muslim hate filled cock roaches.
I'll be very suprised if this isn't with some kind of Islamic involvement. I'm still reading. Didn't see this on any news I'd seen today. :( Seems peculiar that some radical skin heads would do this all of the sudden, while Israel is at war with Islamic terrorists. That doesn't make any sense.
