Come on out tomorrow and FReep with us at Walter Reed. It's fun, it's patriotic, and it is greatly valued by the troops and their families.
As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.

FYI, that wouldn't have been a Secular Franciscan; they don't dress in habits. That would be an actual Franciscan, who should have better things to do with his time.

It's not legal for them to touch your protesting signs. Can't you arrest, sue, punch and kick, whatever?

I just love reading these reports.
How the Pinkos must pine for the good old days when their invective went unchallenged.

Thank you for your contribution to this thread. We so much appreciate the thoughts, prayers and bumps of FReepers from near and far, and it all filters out to the troops in Walter Reed and the citizens who pass by...

Great job! Guys!
If but for that I'm in Detroit, and unable to participate in protests even if they were held in Dearborn, well, I guess I'm pretty much worthless...
Not that there was any notice of any protests happening in Dearborn, but whatever...

I was standing with Debbie Does DC and remarked, "It looks like they got their feelings hurt." With a chuckle, she remarked how lucky it was that was all that got hurt. They expect us to dialogue with people who have killed innocent Americans, killed their own citizens including children, shot at outrpilots, etc., but call them hags and they go completely offline and freak out. Wimps.
