MUST READ . . .

HUGH HEWITT
"Getting it exactly wrong"

[HH provides an excellent analysis of the MSM's incorrect/nefarious 'read' of the President's approach to the Middle East]

MATT MARGOLIS (BlogsforBush)
"Americans Approve Of The Way Bush Is Handling Middle East"

Democrats have been on attack mode since... well... they're always on attack mode. But in particular, they've expressed disapproval of the way Bush is handling the crisis in the Middle Easy between Israel and Hezbollah... Even John Kerry thinks that he was key to solving this problem... had he been president.

Despite Democrats' criticism of Bush's handling of the situation, Americans, while "overwhelmingly pessimistic about the state of affairs in the Middle East," approve of the way Bush is handling the crisis.

Anxiety over the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah is high, with a sizeable majority fearing the conflict will lead to a wider war. And while people approve of President George W. Bush's handling of the crisis by a nearly two- to-one margin, most say they would just as soon see the United States leave it to others to resolve.

[FYI: If you listened to the MSM/conservative talkers today (neither of which did their research -- with the former group too biased to do their research and the latter group too lazy/arrogant), you would never know that new polls from cBS/NYTimes and WSJ/NBCNews actually indicated both that the President's JA rating is UP from previous polls AND that the public approves of the President's handling of the current ME crisis and our War on Terrorism!!!

Additionally, Congress' JA rating remains in the sewer (for both Democrats and Republicans) . . . Tell me again who should be avoiding whom -- methinks the President should avoid the Congress as much as possible!!]

A DrDeb editorial comment: Dr. Condi Rice has more intelligence and WISDOM in her little finger than Newt Gingrich, Savage, Richard Pearl and the rest of the (supposedly) conservative malcontents combined . . . Gingrich is so yesterday, Savage is a nut, and Pearl is a Powell wannabe -- LOSERS all!

Thank you for finding that video for me! Wow! She's amazing. Makes me want to sit up straight and smile more!

My thrill is not just Condi, but this is my new computer, too...my old one couldn't even get full color, let alone video or sound. So I feel like I'm actually in touch again...getting to hear her half way across the world. Technology! And the good folks like you all who bring it to us!

Hello all. Thought I'd check in before going back to work. Tuesday is my last day, so I've been staying until eleven for the last week and a half trying to finish up some projects. Been insane.

Hope to catch up with you all soon, but I just had to check out the lemonade stand video. President Bush is such a great kid person.

The best part of the video was when he called the press "camera dogs." (I believe his words were, "Any of you camera dogs want one?"). I'd say his Dubya spunk is in full swing. He looked like he really enjoyed himself.

My sister got married on Saturday. Aside from one drunk outlaw relative beating up guests at the reception, making the groom cry, and stealing part of my nephew's car seat, all went well. My sister said it was the best day of her life. My brother-in-law does some work for a guy who owns a helicopter, so they got to go from the church to the reception in the chopper. (Needless to say, they didn't need the limo, so my other sister and I rode over with a few other members of the wedding party). More details later.

I'm such a goof. I did what I always accuse my clients of doing...not reading all of what I send. I didn't go past Dr. Rice playing piano...I didn't click on the Lemonade Stand video. WOW. I love our President. First, he makes sure OTHERS have some, BEFORE himself. Then, he BUYS more glasses than he gave out. Then, he suggests a picture and even signs that kid's sign. --Nice work on the part of the person that held his lemonade for him, too!

I LOVE OUR PRESIDENT! Wha a class act!
