I looked up "FFA" because I thought it stood for Future Farmers of America (it does), an organization that was represented in my high school. Here's some info.

Official Organization Name
The National FFA Organization was organized as the "Future Farmers of America" in 1928 in Kansas City, Mo. In 1988, the official organization name was changed to The National FFA Organization to reflect the broadening field of agriculture, which today encompasses more than 300 careers in everything from agriscience to biotechnology to turf grass management.
Federally Chartered
FFA History Museum at Convention In 1950, Congress granted FFA a federal charter, making it an integral, intracurricular part of public agricultural instruction under the National Vocational Education Acts. Two of the FFA top three executives are employed by the U.S. Department of Education.

What I don't get is why the Voting Rights Act isn't made permanent law.
What is Congress afraid of?
May already be answered but I wondered the same thing ... went to the YouTube.com site and in the video you can see that is is a very weird-shaped shadow. When she stood up, her legs were as usual.
Okay, this is going to sound really strange in light of the conversation re FFA, but what does that mean? (Your school has a farm.)
In Washington State, and I suspect the other states that have FFA chapters, the members are youth who want to become involved in farming in some way but I've not heard of any schools that had farms.
Any Americans please fill me in if this varied in your schools.
Where are the from? Usually, Yahoo and the White House don't move their pictures this fast!
I load them onto cow's server that he made availale for us so they are permently there but with the hot weather there has been power outages so sometimes there are server problems but if you come back later they are normally resolved.
They are working fine for me today.
