Fox News military analyst Maj. Bob Bevelacqua, a former Green Beret, appearing tonight on "The O'Reilly Factor," compared Israeli actions in Lebanon and Gaza with Nazi actions in Russia during World War II. ... ....
"Saying the Israelis pulled out of Lebanon is like saying the Nazis pulled out of Moscow," he said. "They invaded Lebanon. They invaded Gaza. They take homes and then they give them back. And they expect some type of great recognition."

I kind of mostly enjoyed his Foxnews commentaries in the days of the major operations in Afghanistan and during the run-up and early days of the Saddam ouster, but even then, something about him struck me as a little 'off'.
The last year or two, he has seemed to me to be even more 'off' and also more often wrong about his analysis. Now it is becoming clear just why.
Funny how core values change when the bank account might be effected.
I normally find myself in agreement with the Major. However, not on this issue.
I understand he was trying to use an analogy, but comparing the Israel to Nazi Germany was a bad move.
Sorry Major, but I strongly disagree with you on this one.
He might be. Anyone that cultivates what grows wild...well, I'll pass on a cheaper shot.
Insofar as tactics and fighting spirit, the sentiment Mr. Bevelacqua expressed is not new. Recall it being expressed in '73 or so.
And I'm by no means a fan of Mr. Bevelacqua..
The Nazis never made it into Moscow.
"The Jews are like us, er, I mean THEM Nazis"

Linda Vester has a pair of huge eyes.

The Arab Nazis had much in common with the new Nazi doctrines. They hated Jews; they hated democracy; and they hated the Western culture. It became the official policy of the Third Reich to secretly develop the Muslim Brotherhood as the fifth Parliament, an army inside Egypt...

I'm not sure about radical islam but radical arab surely does.
Ole Yasser and his lot were Nazi trained and shared the same "values".
You answered your own question when you said mainstream media.
It no longer has probative value and has reduced itself to a yapping dog for liberal and socialist causes.
Hopefully it will experience a continued withering death.
(Actually, they KNOW. . but .they are determined in their imagination. . .to hide their own ugly truth. . .)
But if a picture equals a 'thousand words' then these picts surely should reach out and touch a few Leftie's out there. . .
. . .missed his appearance on O'Reilly. . .did O'Reilly remind him or . . .not. . .
What's he doing on there? Shouldn't he be on CNN or something?
