Hopefully McBride is gaining and will eventually surpass Harris. I'll take someone with little name recognition over a person who is widely known but (almost) universally disliked.

While I will always appreciate the way she handled herself and the events of the 2000 election- I'm not inclined to support her..too much baggage I think.
It is amazing the way we Florida Republicans keep tearing ourselves up - after the last go round with McCollum and Martinez, I'd hoped we'd be less at each other's throats..but it seems not the case.
I don't honestly think she can beat Nelson- that is my main goal.

It is interesting to note that many Republicans that I talk to who support Harris have NOT considered McBride, and after taking a serious look at him have changed their support from Harris TO McBride.. if this trend continues over the next week or so McBride will soon be the front runner... I encourage ALL Florida Republicans to take a GOOD Look at McBride before deciding who to "run with" in OUR Primary....
