Do you think Secretary Rice refers to the President as "George"? What is the relevance of that? If their positions were reversed I'm sure George Bush would call Condi Ms. or Miss President and she could well call him George.

Its just too big a stretch to turn an informal term for an advisor and close friend into some kind of psychoanalysis of W. Way, way to much is being made of this.
