Bolton is simply masterful. Biden is nowhere near his league. Bolton has further won my heart by refusing to use the "new" pronunciation of allies. He keeps the emphasis on the first syllable. Condi does the opposite and it is the only thing that she does that annoys me. Otherwise, she is perfect :)
It appears this hearing is way above Biden's pay grade ;-)
That said, amoebae are brighter than Biden.
