This is quite different in my view. you refer to a lawsuit.

The current problem involves a judgement. The judgement must be executed by payment to the bankruptcy court.

The judgement must be overturned to save his butt and I doubt that will ever happen. In the overall scheme of things this is everyday ordinary justice obtained by the court on behalf of the bankrupts creditors.
