The end result is not going to be pretty for either PAS, UMNO, or the people of malaysia. This stupidity has really gone far enough, but like most of the islamic world, the so called moderates have a hard time standing up to the koran thumping imams.

The people with power (ie Muslim Bumiputras), knowing little better, side with the latter... and those who would stop them (malaysia sizable ethnic Chinese community) have been stripped of power as second class dhimmi citizens, and are threatened with another "May 13" style incident (ie, massacre by muslims) everytime they dare flex their political muscles in elections...
