100% correct. I disagree with the law but it is there.
Amen...I refuse to do combat with unarmed opponents, and these other anti-freedom Freepers (or at least just want to restrict the ugly guns)...just bore me with infantile arguements.
No, but I did land 17 our of 17 rounds into a 14 year old Iraqi terrorist trying to throw a russian anti tank hand grenade into our Humvee outside of Camp Taji.
"Okay, give me a plausible scenario where you need a machine gun. When do you need to gun down a dozen people at once? A bad day at the office?"
Why should I need to explain a need to exercise a constitutional right? Do you need a fast car? Do you need a big house? Do you need free speech? Do you really need that silly 5th amendment?
You automatically assume its to go postal in the office. That shows a pretty sick disposition.
LOL, Okay, I mostly agree with that argument!
"Then, the question is where do you draw the line down from there. "
Where does the Constitution express limitations due to technology?
LOL...I forgot to tell you, my SAW jammed...I would have emptied 200 rounds into that little Jihadi f**ker since it was the same neighborhood killed 3 of my soldiers while over there.
I can't have a rational discussion with you without being accused of having a sick disposition.
I wonder who that says more about.
Sorry, through with you. You're into insults. Other people can carry your arguments, but I don't need your crap.
Ok, gotta run. Its happy happy hour at Flying Saucer here in Little Rock, and they let you keep the glasses on WED nights. I'll be back in 5 beers (2 hours).
Then this thread will really heat up.
It is possible to "mow down" 30 people in a minute with any number of hi-cap,semi- auto weapons. whats the diff?
The Colt M-16 is not a machine gun.
The M-60 is a machine gun, belt fed.
The 20mm is a mounted machine gun. This is the one you need to bolt the mount to the floor of your pick-up. Or you will crash through the rear window and fly through the front window of your pick-up with the first shot. Those are the belt-driven ones. And those shells are BIG.
Colt was one of the vendors for the full auto m16
"...so shove your straw man criticism up your musket."
Well, it's nice to see that you've got the attitude and maturity of a 6-year-old. Congratulations.
As I said before, our troops in Iraq have drawn the line between AK-47s and RPG launchers. I think that's a fair line, and I'm sure that our troops are a lot less ignorant than you. If you think the line should be somewhere else, then explain where you think it should be and why without making false accusations saying that I want people to have WMDs.
"Makes you think"
Makes me sick. But then I don't think you can take any one issue and analyze it alone. I believe in the conspiracy theory of a movement for a one world govt. And I think its their goal to disarm the sheeple, among other things.
Following that logic, television, radio and the internet do not fall under the first ammendment.
dont you consider full auto a machine gun?
And that! is a job well done. Hats off to you Sir.
I never said anyone wanted you to have WMDs. I never said that you wanted them. Reread my post. I said the Founding Fathers almost certainly did not want you to have WMDs.
If you would actually read what is posted instead of seeing what you want to see, it would prevent some nasty exchanges.
