There is also a morale issue. Not only are they demoralized by losing their homes, they now have to consider that Israeli "assassins" know exactly who they are and where they live.

If you think that having had lost their homes they would not like to get even for it at the first convenient opportunity [but are instead demoralized], then I have a nice slightly used bridge in NYC to sell to you - and cheap. Especially if you are to consider the role of revenge in ME cultures since ancient times. Get the houses and missiles - but with the excremists, not without them.

That's what occurred to me....this sounds more like psy-ops than anything. The terror and feelings of vulnerability that would come with that phone call would be wasted if they were killed. Now they can tell all their hookah buddies who will tell their friends and families and pretty soon the fear and sense of impending doom has infected thousands. Think of it as viral psy-ops.
