Napoleon Bonaparte once observed, Female virtue has been held in suspicion from the beginning of the world, and ever will be. A wise man recently observed that modern American women have "virtually unlimited opportunities to cheat, and an infinite capacity to lie and rationalize about it." But I don't blame women for this - society has decided to lay aside all of its former constraints on female sexuality (which are still seen in an extreme version in Islamic states under Sharia law) , so it shouldn't surprise anyone that younger women are choosing to take full advantage of it.

I've known of guys who have restricted themselves to dating and marrying foreigners for this very reason, although I suspect you'd have to be pretty careful about that too.
