The intellect of Michael Moore with the writing skills of Cindy Sheehan is a terrible thing.

Probably for good reason. Until now, people in the ME would abide (somewhat) by those agreements. They aren't doing so anymore, nor do they express any desire to do so.

Diplomacy is no longer a viable option.

Yeah, such as Slick. His ham-fisted diplomacy against Israel led to their withdrawal from south Lebanon. And his beloved UN never followed up on assurances to provide a buffer zone against Hizbollah.

But to liberals, that is somehow success. I imagine idiots in Britain denounced Churchill as they praised Chamberlain for his diplomacy with Hitler.

In other words .. "it's Bush's fault". Sheeeeesh! These people are really getting tiresome.

This current conflict is not Armageddon! .. but it is possibly leading to WWIII .. and no, we're not there yet either.

when are folks going to get it-that this conflit, a world conflict, was and is inevitable???? It has been brewing for decades, probably even centuries!!!!!!!!!! It needs to be boldly confronted. Let's just get it over with now, for future generations.

Like Bubba contained nuclear proliferation in North Korea and Libya? Like Bubba contained Saddam's compliance with UN resolutions? Like Bubba contained islamist extremism in Africa, the middle east and Asia? Like Bubba contained genocide in Africa, Iraq, North Korea? Like Bubba used NATO bombing-from-35,0000 feet diplomacy to establish an islamist stronghold in the Balkans and beat-feet diplomacy to open up islamist hardliner whoopass in the horn of africa??

I am curous about what anyone thinks Bubba contained? He couldn't even contain himself.

Just reading the introductory snippette you have was enough for me.

Klintoon and the Libs have been kicking the can down the road for ages.

The Result: 911.

George Bush has drawn a line in the sand: "Here and no further" [/paraphrase]
