Uncut bills do not overlap each other like that.
thoughts? some banks and institutions overseas DO photocopy bills for their own records to try to keep up with who is passing them fakes, esp. with 100's.. i have seen this firsthand in panama.
many freepers ever see uncut currency that overlaps like this?
