Just read where Hizbollah admitted they did not expect this kind of response from Israel when they kidnapped the two soldiers. The thought Israel would trade 3 hezzies for the 2 Israelis with German acting as the mediator.

I wish the USA would just get involved and help Israel militarily. Then this would be over faster.
The markets are already responding to how straightforward victory is going to be against Hezbollah, even if Israel is the only combatant. They would go bananas if we joined in and really started kicking ass.
Why don't we get involved? If we displayed unequivocal support now, Iran would get back under the porch. (Oh yes we still need to destroy their nuke plant, though.) Maybe the whole muslim world would reconsider their jihad nonsense, the way that Hizbollah is now.
As Mr. Bush said, 'you are either with us, or with the terrorists'. Those are powerful words. Did he mean them? What it means is that there is no neutral stance for us, or anyone, to take, with these terrorists. That implies a hell of a lot.
So Mr. Bush, are we on the side of the Israelis? If not, whose side are we on? And if we are on the side of the Israelis, why are we not getting involved?
