It was a nice lazy, early Dogs Day in August FReep.
The FReepers were out numbered by the moonbats for only 10 minutes. Otherwise we had a lazy afternoon standing in the shady while the moonbats baked, and baked, and BAKED.
The FReepers in attendance included regulars Lurker Bill, [Mrs] Trooprally ([Mrs] T), and myself along with BMWcyle (BMW) and Apple Blossom.
BELOW: Lurker Bill and myself setting up the banners.
BELOW TOP: BMW with small blue banner and red banner behind us. BELOW BOTTOM: Blue Banner on the grassy knoll as seen by the cars coming east on MD Rte. 108. We rotated the sign this week for the east bound cars since previously they only saw Lurker Bill. The vehicles coming from other directions get to see the red and small blue banner and our crowd.

The "RAMS 2007" (BELOW) was put up by several Sherwood High School students. Before putting up the sign, as they passed by us, they asked what was going on. [Mrs] T explained the two groups' view points. So while putting up the sign, the students gave the moonbats the thumbs down. Pic was taken after moonbats left.
After our FReep, we all, except for Lurker Bill, went over to the Olney Tavern for a tasty dinner. The Olney Tavern is still new and still serving good meals. After dinner we looked at the antique cars gathering for their show. They gather every Saturday starting about 5:30. By 6 PM there are about 40 cars, trucks and cycles.

BELOW: Blue Comet
The moonbats were out here again, showing their lack of conviction. They could only muster 5 moonbats in the heat.
The sixth person in red hat (BELOW) was a passerby who parked in the parking lot behind us. He decided to walk through us to join the moonbats. He didn't have to walk through us, he could have crossed at the closer walkway and only passed Lurker Bill. BMW had him pegged because of the turquoise necklace he wore.
As mentioned, he stayed for 10 minutes and came back by us again. I guess he wanted to rub it in our face that he went over to the other side. This time though, BMW didn't let him pass without a lively discussion, especially when he told BMW that he was wrong about the WOT. BMW gave him such a tongue lashing that I doubt he'll be back. It was also fun watching this guy turn to BMW with his finger out, ready to make point. He didn't expect BMW to follow him down the road and be right there in his face. He was so surprised that his hand was shaking and he was stammering.
BELOW TOP: Moonbats setting up their banner. They gave [Mrs] T and Apple Blossom a laugh trying to put it up. Apparently they had not put it up before. They got so frustrated that they threw the supports down and stood there looking at it, shaking their head. As any FReeper from Walter Reed can attest to, MOAB2 is 100 times more complicated than their simple banner. They should try setting up MOAB2. BELOW BOTTOM: Four moonbats. Note typical lack of U.S. flags.
REMEMBER
Next Saturday, same place, Georgia Avenue, MD Rte. 97 and MD Rte. 108 in Olney, MD
Same time, 3 PM to 4:30 PM
As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
If you live in northern VA and want a short cut to Olney, here it is. It's an easy 20 minute drive from the American Legion Bridge.
A special Thanks to BufordP for enhancing the original plain type directions.
ping for some early, easy reading while Albion Wilde does her magic with the Walter Reed FReep Report.
Thank you all for being there! Great job!
Light-in-the-loafers "peace ballerinas" dance the Peace Ballet beside a busy Olney highway.
Thanks - We miss you at the Olney FReeps.
On Aug. 05, we'll be out of town, so if you can make it, that would be a good week to come.
[Mr] T
I'll check my calendar! LOL!!!
We will be doing our thing in Rocklin CA (outside Sacramento) tomorrow in 105+ degree weather tomorrow. The libs are wimps-they can't take the heat!
Yea - the libs really do lack conviction. Take it easy tomorrow and please ping me for the Report.
Thanks.
[Mr] T
LOL! I've seen you in action...I would highly advise it! ;*)
They have given ammo to us on their behavior. Now it is time to begin to attack their minds.
One must first have a mind for it to be attacked.
I am not so sure you will find a mind in the one with the "Impeach Bush" sign.
Rocklin FReepers Rock! Have a wonderful FReep!
It time to kick butt and drive them off the street.
Good luck to all today! Hope you drive them before you, out of the land of Olney!
OK....how about that almost buffalo stampede????? Do tell!
