Now I could be wrong, but I believe the IDF Air Force can fly over Syria as well. And If memory serves GBU-28s work just as well there. Of course I could be wrong and Syria has an anti-Bunker Buster shield over their nation.....but I don't think so.
Israel won't attack Syria unless Syria blatantly attacks Israel first. I don't see Syria doing that.
