Code? Aren't codes usually written by intelligent beings? Hmmm...
Love it. Mind if I quote you?
This is undoubtedly part of the "control structure" that tells your genes what to do. Something else tells them where to go no doubt. There should also be a control structure in there that tells all the others "when" to do whatever it isthey do.
The genes, per se, are not in charge of the show. They just make proteins.
It would sure be funny if in the future people thought computers came about through random chance.
To me the complexity of life says there had to be a creator of life; I just can't imagine it otherwise.

You've neve noticed the random programs that sometimes sort of just "show up" out of random bits on your Windows machine? Actually, come to think of it, in the world today we DO have a billion monkeys at a billion "typewriters".
Usually? No. The vast majority of "code" on this planet was made by evolutionary processes working on living things, not by humans. So "usually" the kind of information you call "code" is made by natural processes, not by intelligent beings. Try cracking open a science journal sometime, there are countless examples of new "code" being observed in the process of being made via evolutionary processes.

A great deduction, my dear Watson. You're on to something there,....something religious.
