Troops hurt in Maroun al-Ras clashes

Several IDF soldiers from a tank unit were wounded on Tuesday afternoon when troops encountered resistance in Maroun al-Ras, a Hizbullah stronghold the IDF believed it had under its control.

Troops were attempting to evacuate the wounded under fire. The number of casualties was unclear.

Not 25 and not killed, but there may have been losses. As I wrote in one of my posts late yesterday (my time) although the IDF is winning and is winning big, the terrorists may get lucky now and then, just as they were in Jenin.

Hope this is not as bad as it sounds.

Thanks for the update. I'm sure this is the incident that the Hezzie channel in Lebanon was blowing out of proportion.

When we didn't even see it on al Jazeera (who will not waste an opportunity to crow about things like that), we suspected that it was propaganda.
