Where were the voices of these same Euroweenies when Hamas and Hezbollah were tying bombs to kids to use as suicide bombers, or have them marching in military parades with guns slung over their shoulders?? Funny how the Euros always manage to stuff a sock in it when it comes to criticizing the abuse of children by jihadist nihilist terrorists, as if children scrawling something on a shell is in any way comparable to Israel's enemies TARGETTING these same children with rockets, or strapping TNT or plastic explosives to their own. Sheesh, I give up. The world is nuts. And I'm suppose to care what these fools think about the US or that they're against what Israel is doing in Lebanon?

Yawn...when we start seeing Israeli kids dressed up in little suicide-bomb vests being paraded down the street by their proud parents - let me know.

there is a new eye to the center of the storm surrounding the war with Hizbullah - a series of photos showing Israeli children writing messages on shells meant for targets in Lebanon. OMG!
Nobody can be that stupid!
Equating writing messages on bombs to strapping explosives on kids?
I swear, muslims (and their supporters) must have a collective IQ of 200...

It's not surprising that this double standard exists as i'm convinced that the liberal worldview essentially comes down to this - the strong (in this case Israel) are always evil while those in opposition to the strong are always to be championed by them.

But it was a sponteneous act of youthful bravado and defiance. In time these children can learn appropriate demeanor from role models like the late American peace activist Rachel Corrie ![](http://zioneocon.blogspot.com/rachel%20corrie%202.jpg)

An official close to Israel's public relations campaign said that there was "no way" to spin the incident in a positive light. "Some people are simply irresponsible," said the official. What the...???
"Spin the incident in a positive light? How could anything be more positive? I would hope that schoolchildren all across Israel, particularly those who have lost classmates to Muslim terrorist schoolbus bombings, would be in line to scrawl messages on artillery shells and missles.
To: MikeA
"n-line, the photos are being called "horrifying," "disgusting" and "despicable." "I still cannot understand why or how anyone would allow their young children to walk up to missiles or other explosives. The militarization of children is always a crime," What a bunch of Crap. You sure don't see media saying anything about pali children walking around with bomb belts, grenades, machine guns, etc.

"... Where were the voices of these same Euroweenies when Hamas and Hezbollah were tying bombs to kids to use as suicide bombers, or have them marching in military parades with guns slung over their shoulders?? Yes, yes, or Palestinian toddlers dressed up like suicide bombers or hoisted upon their father's shoulders at a rally in Germany with a toy bomb belt and detonator. We've all seen those pics countless times and so have the liberals expressing outrage over the Israeli girls.
You want to know why it's different to show Israeli girls writing with 'Hello Kitty' pens on an artillery shell? I'll tell you why it's different:
Everyone listen up, and brace yourselves...
The Israeli girls are white. The Arab kids aren't. The Western world comes to expect better behavior from white people. If they're brown and violent, wretched, animalistic, or pathetic, Westerners see it and think 'Well, that figures'. When whites do the same, it's shocking and appalling because it's so 'out of place'.
Call that whatever you like. The fact is that's the way it's seen.
To: MikeA
Although it remains unclear who encouraged them to write the messages It was media photographers who gave the kids felt tipped markers and told them, "Graffiti these bombs and you'll be on TV tonight!"
