The point is the number of heartless arrogant people on this site is enough to sicken me some days...

Lets assume the mother made a mistake, I want you to find me a parent who has not had a moment when something could have happened to their kid(s). Yet the first reaction of many on this thread were.

Its a shame that this kid had a terrible mother and I hope walmart does not get sued..

The problem started when you said that the mother should NEVER have taken her eyes off the child.

When you start blaming a parent for not doing something IMPOSSIBLE to do, I think folks get a little annoyed.

Only a malnourished 3 year old could fit into a cart. Then you'd have something else to complain about.
