#312, Dodd sounds like he is being a perfect idiot, but hey nobody is perfect. Let us see what happens. John Bolton's appointment would be up at the end of this Legislative Session in December, but Crybaby Voinovich wants to strike while the iron is hot so he can make amends for the incredibly foolish way he behaved.

Look at this:
Article about Dodd saying that Bolton not good...shouldn't get confirmed, AND it says the Bolton does NOT have the 60 votes necessary to ward off a filibuster.
DAMN...what is WRONG with out country?? Don't answer, I know the anwer it is going to hell on the partisan express!

That's too easy. Christians represent morals and standards of conduct with their faith in Jesus and God. Democrats, ala the ACLU and all the other organizations associated with them, disavow such standards, morals or ethics. Hence, Rush's comments about how environmentalism has become the left's version of religion. Or, multiculturalism. Or anything else specifically opposite of God or Jesus.

LOL.... Sorry. Missed the humor initially. Oops!

I thought old Bill was in the running for the Democrat nomination for the presidency! Does he have Monica working for him again?

FRiend - that is spot on.
My company unearthed a huge pile of of incorrect invoices and thousands of dollars of ancient receivables. When it all got sorted out, everyone who caused the mess had pretty much already bailed out, except for the Head Honcho, who still has his job, somehow.

I cannot figure out what the Democrats have against Christians? I mean they have a lot in common. Christ raised the dead, Democrats vote the dead. Great line...you nailed it!

Fat Tim came off as a DNC bus driver veering left at every turn no mater which way the road went, he way pathetic. He was desperate to get Bush's advisor... It was chief of staff Josh Bolten and Timmah did seem desperate to "get him." I think Bolten did extremely well. Like a special education teacher dealing with a particularly troubling student who he didn't want to be too harsh on. Patiently explaining things, even when lil Timmah would rudely interrupt and go on and on about one of his attack points.
And did you notice that as Bolten fended off attack after attack Timmah seemed to get more hunched and more angry? He even began to lean over in his chair, further and further to the left, as he got more frustrated that he wasn't scoring any hits on the administration.
It was lovely.

Wonder how Potato Head likes the Mrs Wilson lawsuit? Has anyone noticed how much Mr. Potato Head and Governor Rutabaga look alike? Must have been found in the bottom of the same barrel.

Bolton will, I predict, be approved. Remember, last time he did not get out of committee and we never even got a vote. I believe he will have the support of some dems, enough to pass the 60 vote point.

The sad thing is that because of this Christians who obviously do have a concern for the environment feel that they cannot get involved. We are charged in the bible to be custodians and also to be master of nature but feel we cannot get involved in conservation because of the are well out left wing wackos and obviously do not want to be linked or associated with them.
IMHO because of this true commonsense conservation is not being done because conservatives are reluctant to get involved and almost feel they have to come out against it.
A crazy sad situation.
