An Israeli soldier maneuvers an armored personnel carrier at their position along the Israeli Lebanese border. Israel was amassing thousands more reservists on the Lebanese border to stage ground incursions aimed at destroying Hezbollah positions, warning it would not rule out a full-scale invasion despite mounting calls for a ceasefire.

FNC live pic of tanks moving toward Maroun AL-Ras.
Now reporting the two rocket explosions in Baghdad. (as a crawl on the bottom of the screen)
Reported by Allegra here on FR over an hour ago.

Not sure if this is a major thrust, but yes they are going in. Only speculation here, but maybe they have intelligence on a site there and are going to take it out.

The article itself is not the point of my posting. This is just one of many examples showing how the enemy uses our own crappy reporting to boost morale. They are not concerned with the facts. The headline alone is enough to encourage more jihadis.

It's all about agenda and spin. But so predictable.
Know thy enemy and unfortunately there are times that the media aids and abett the enemy. That's why this thread has become even more important.

That is the text from a totally tasteless, disgusting commercial for DirecTV. Ranks right up there with "Head On.......apply directly to your forehead."
To: Rushmore Rocks; stopem
That IS the most irritating commercial...except for Head On and that viagra-wannabee commercial with "Bob."

I don't think it's a good idea either. However, I do remember that the embeds did a wonderful job during the initial days of the Iraq War. Remember? The live guys were in the line of fire too, and they bonded with the troops. The leftie loonies were silent. The talking heads didn't get their newspeak mojo back until the major offensives ceased. Maybe Israel can benefit from keeping the cameras on for a while? I dunno; I'm just a hobbit and know little of the ways of man and war.
BTW, Your tagline reminds me of this website.

FNC reports a small contingent going in = 25 soldiers.
Israeli tanks raced past a UN outpost into the village of Maroun Al-Ras.

WOW...thanks for those links. Not that it's surprising- but it gives some background - it's much easier to understand Kofi's resistance towards Israel and support for (his office used these words) the "ALLEGED MILITANTS"....
All that lovely, valuable real estate on the East River in Manhattan housing these wicked people..

What you see on TV about Iraq is not what you get in Iraq. Perhaps we need a Free Iraq news source ! The MSM in the U.S. has been publishing mostly false articles for a couple of decades at least. The major networks here in the states are now nothing more then tabloids. It is frustrating though how so many of the MSM tabloid news sources always print the same BS stories slanted the same way. Rush is good at pointing this out when he finds a specific phrase they all spontaneously start using.
