"Pink" implies sweetness and light. But there is nothing "sweet" about undermining our fight. When our troops are hurt they take delight. Reject Code Pink and stand up for what's RIGHT. Freeper Shave.

Lame.

Very.

I agree that it's a bit too long for small signs, but lame? I thought it was actually great!

I think soccermom was thinking more along the lines of persuading fence-sitters to our side, rather than defending our wounded troops and putting smiles on their faces. I'm guessing here, but I suspect she doesn't realize that the car horns honking are offensive to our soldiers in the hospital and their families. The object of the game is to silence the horns. (Frankly, I think the "finger" Freeper Shave is excellent for that endeavor! LOL)

Cut her some slack, guys. "Hags", while perfect for the intended use at Walter Reed, could be construed in another setting as being as simple as the enemy. I didn't "get it" at first either, until I actually saw the pic, realized that honking meant support for the pinkos, and wanted those horns silenced in the most expedient manner.

Bravo to all of you DC Freepers! I hope to eventually be able to join you and will gladly hold a sign that says "hag" or "hag with an f" or "f with a u", something I would not have thought I'd do (sign with such language not the actual sign-holding itself) prior to reading this thread in its entirity. Bless you all! :)
