I am saddened that you are feeling unwell
'Tis best to lie down and curl up for a while
And let the discomfort pass after after a spell
Assisted with a bit of feline cleverness and guile

Sometimes, it's best to disdain plump and scurrying pink eared critters
That have been know to be vile and occasionally bitter
Better it is to feel the Pretty One's fingers gently in your fur
Worrying about you while you slyly smile and purr
