I am a woman. They are my work friends. Not as deep as real "outside of work" friends or family but a whold bunch of them are liberals too!
Something I learned from Rush is to try to let people change their own mind.
Listen to the girls at work, when one reveals an area where she is open to a new idea mention it simply, plant a seed, then leave it alone, at some point she will come to the truth on her own.
If you don't already, try listening to Rush Limbaugh and pay attention to how subtle, and patient he is, medicine is easier taken one small dose at time.
