Crist is not pro-life if he doesn't respect the sanctity of all human life.

As a pro-life conservative how can you support him?

He's always been a friend of gun owners and enjoys very strong support with gun owners. I've done some research on Crist and have come to the conclusion that some on here are engaged in an intense smear campaign against Crist that borders on paranoia and hysteria .

It's going to take Crist's popularity to hopefully offset the damage that Harris will do if she wins the primary. She might drag the whole Republican slate down with her .

Now you answer my question , will you support whoever wins the primaries in the general ?

You still have not addressed Crist's own words regarding embryonic stem cell research......

How can you call him conservative when he said would have voted for it had he been a senator and the President just vetoed it?

And JEB is also against it.....so how can you call Crist a conservative in your tagline?

When Mel Sembler buys an ambassadorship, he looks for someplace where nothing politically is happening; someplace cushy, charming, laid back. Some place with gardens, paintings, beautiful buildings. Someplace like like Rome or Paris or Geneva. And so this time he bought Rome. But this time there were problems. An Italian journalist got shot up by American troops and he couldn't fix the breach and so his mafia-connected pal Belusconi was evicted from power. And then American troops were accused of abusing Iraqi prisoners and American and Italian journalist discovered that the US ambassador to Italy was responsible for running a program that did those things to American teens. It was The Montel Show that caused his immediate recall. The international press is making fun of his penis pump and now there's his monument. When he bought his first ambassadorship, the Internet was not there but it is this time around.

So Mel has announced he's coming home in June to smell the roses and watch his grandchildren grow. But he can't do that. He has shopping centers to build and more money to make. And as Mel Sembler builds future shopping centers that nobody wants doesn't he have a better chance to build if he owns the mayors and commissioners and governors. But Mel Sembler is an old man now. An old man with a reputation. He is not as eager to get his name into the public lime light. Yet his company needs politicians. The leading candidate for the new governor of Florida is Florida's attorney general Charlie Crist. Mel wants Crist in, but Mel doesn't want his already blemished name associated with the campaign.

Well we at theStraights dot com are getting old too. And we just want to smell the flowers and play with our grand kids. But Mel Sembler just ain't going to let that happen. On the big right front burner we got Judge Rondolino about to order Mel and Betty to see a shrink and we got their video taped depositions coming right behind that. And on the left front we got Miller Newton owing creditors $1.5 million and now bankruptcy court is wondering if he did something funny with that church property. Dr. Newton doesn't have $1.5 million but Mel Sembler does. Mel Sembler brings his own garbage, why did he invite Newton to rejoin him at DFAF? Straight was a crime and a fraud and Miller Newton knows plenty.

And now on the back burner Florida's attorney general Charlie Crist is the leading Republican front runner to be governor. This is the same attorney general who accepted campaign contributions from Kane's™ Furniture CEO Irwin Novack who was being sued by the attorney general's office by his predecessor, former Attorney General Bob Butterworth. Crist quietly settled the suit. Leonard Englander got Judge Walt Logan to issue a gag order on Kane's™ detractor Manny Gonzales. Leonard Englander got Judge Walt Logan to issue a gag order on Mel Sembler detractor Ray Bradbury. Then Judge Logan and his wife, Irwin Novack and his wife, Lenny Englander and his wife, and Mel Sembler's son Greg and his wife served together on a dinner committee for the Florida's Holocaust Museum. But the museum was founded by Straight Foundation president Walter Loebenberg and has included Mel and Betty Sembler on its board. And while the Logan's, the Englander's, the Novack's and the (Greg) Semblers hobnobbed together at the banquet, Mel's son Brent and his wife Debbie received the event's "To Life" award for their efforts to "teach tolerance and fight racism" in spite of the fact that the Uhurus were down the street protesting Sembler's Bay Walk shopping center for being racists!

And so Sembler Company wants to control the next governor, but Mel says he don't do that no more. So guess who's Charlie Crist's finance chairman--Brent Sembler. The guy who, according to the Atlanta Constitution, beat Mel Sembler up and threw him down a flight of stairs and was the direct cause of Melvin Sembler founding Straight to cure boys and girls like his son Brent. Did Brent and Charlie Crist go to The Seed (Straight's predecessor) together?

Crist isn't as popular as you surmise. He has negatives that he'll try to overcome with flashy tv ads. He's not the brightest crayon on the box and where the donations are, he will follow. He has no moral compass. If it's good for Charlie on a particular day, he's for it or against it, depending upon whom he's talking to.

An attorney I worked for was a personal friend of Old Man Kanes who died awhile ago. The attorney I worked for died in the past couple of years. The KANES FURNITURE COMPANY changed after Old Man Kanes died.

They probably would like Crist to protect their many interests, any global perhaps?????

The Kanes heirs don't work. They live off the interest of their holdings and did so when Old Man Kanes was still living.

And, a friend of Charlie Crist, Judge Mark Shames who was the first judge who met with Michael Schiavo to get Terri's life snuffed out is the Family Law Judge in Pinellas County. Judge Mark Shames committed adultery, cheating on his wife Barbara with a floozy from another law office. He admonishes adulterer in his family law courtroom but he was a cheater himself.

Crist's friends are involved in Pinellas County's euthanasia agenda and that also includes State Attorney Bernie McCabe. If there's any trouble in the state with corruption, they send it to Bernie to invsetigate (fix). McCabe's investigations are brief because he just rubber stamps "unfounded. case closed."

Pinellas County Govt. is corrupt and that is Crist's community.

Finally, has anyone watched Southpark's emmy winning episode on Scientology? Pinellas is their Headquarters. Pinellas GOP is dangerously close to them. Wake up, Crist is a secularist, just like many libs.

Gallagher's coordinator sent it to me immediately. All you had to do was email the coordinator in your area from http://www.tg2006.com and you would have gotten two attachments. Since the attachments were pdf format, I couldn't copy Gallagher's picture firing a gun at a shooting range.

The Semblers is why Jeb is torn. I think he'd like to publicly endorse Gallagher but the Semblers know Bush 41 and 43 like family. The Bushes are very loyal to their friends.

If he could, I feel that Jeb would go public for Gallagher.

The Semblers have way too much power for one family.

Tom Gallagher is the only gubernatorial candidate supporting the HB-129, which allows for “Lawful Ownership, Possession, and Use of Firearms and Other Weapons"

Unfortunately this is just a big government bill which tells employers what they can and can't do regarding employees bringing firearms to work. Certainly some employers (the post office for instance) have a good reason to prohibit their employees from bringing firearms to work. Those of us who favor smaller government would prefer for workers to work these issues out with their employers rather than involve the government.

I don't vote for RINOs, and Crist qualifies as one, IMHO.
Even if one is jaded enough to vote for the lesser of two evils in the general election, it makes absolutely no sense at all to support a RINO in the primary.

And I don't think I would vote for Crist to be my governor,in the general.

I am more interested in factual information that opinion. I really don't know anything about either man and would appreciate links that provide background and context.
