Thats interesting... the Indian Army and Ordnance Factory board has started license producing the Tavor as well.

Thats the micro-tavor, as made by the Indian Ordnance Board.
I like the bullpup design. I was a big fan of the Aug. Never got to fire it but it felt really comfortable.
Actually, the tavor is going into pretty regular use for everybody.
Big selling points:
-- the laser goes "off" when the safety goes "on." Saves batteries.
--- lower profile
--- can be easily set up for lefties.
The Tavor looks like a good gun for the US Marine Corps.
