Lebanon army is in almost complete alignment with Hezbollah as judged by policy statement at their websites - I've posted link here a few "pages" ago.

Lebanon agreed to various accords mandating they disarm all militias.
In February of this year, the Lebanese Government removed Hezbollah from it's list of militias, preferring to call them a "resistance group". Draw your own conclusions as to Hezbollahs penetration into Lebanese government.
Lebanon has no-one to blame for the undoing of a decade of hard work, but themselves.
