Not surprising: They would be the ones either buying the missile later, or paying for the test now.
WWIII is shaping up as:
United States/Israel vs. Iran/Syria/North Korea/Hezbollah/Hamas.
I think we could also count on Britain, Canada, Australia, India and Japan to support us, as well as our allies in the Mideast. The French would be out of the loop, as they usually are.
China and Russia would do themselves and the world a favor by remaining on the sidelines.
God, this sounds like a Tom Clancy novel. All the scumbags get together to kick the crap out of America and her pals.
At some point, we gotta rumble with these people. Sooner the better.
