The nation requires exactly zero alleged humans such as this chap. Were I of an evil mind, I should say that his sentence should include involuntary harvesting of his assorted organs. However, that simply isn't practical -- the organs each of them probably contain the taint of his mind and are therefore thoroughly unsafe to transplant.
