The nation requires exactly zero alleged humans such as this chap. Were I of an evil mind, I should say that his sentence should include involuntary harvesting of his assorted organs. However, that simply isn't practical -- the organs each of them probably contain the taint of his mind and are therefore thoroughly unsafe to transplant.
The only organs they should harvest are his privates.
After this stunt, I think he will have no use for them any time in the near future anyway.
