Something about that right hand doesn't look right. It would seem that the only way he could have his hand there that way would be if he was missing his ring finger and pinky.

Although they seem to be on the same plane maybe the "fins" are not attached to the "capsule". The man's right hand would then be grasping the end of the capsule. Thought of this way I think the picture looks more "right".
I'm not suggesting I think this is the case.. just brainstorming.
