Just to point out some things. They use their hands, Not toilet paper. And they don't usally have rooms or thrones to crap in.

Looks great the only problem is that they do not use Western style toilets. they crouch over a hole in the ground with a flusher above their heads as you show it. The hole is often in a ceramic covered bassinet with liquid flow channels and two protrusions for the feet.
