Putting NATO into Southern Lebanon to stop Hizbollah attacks on Israel isn't quite the same thing as putting NATO into Kosovo to stop Serbian attacks on Albanians, is it.

I agree. Like I stated, there are differences but we will see over the next few years how it plays out - if it works - or if it does not work. We will also see who, if anyone, benefits and who suffers from it.
I also wrote earlier, it may seem to be working fine for a period of time, but things will again build back up to the point of exploding.

Serbian attacks on Albanians
You are wrong again....The attacks started when Muslim Albanians started murdering, setting fire to christian communities, and kidnapping Serbians in the Serbian homeland kosovo...not the other way around no matter which way you put it.
