Initially the state cops said that the Marine dragged one of theirs for a mile...he then got up and continued his duties. Lies and more lies!
They are lying and they are covering up the death of a Marine hero for simply having a good time.
As for Bucky...millions of dollars and constant harassment of southern tier neighbors in order to catch a petty criminal. Shameful thuggish behavior.
